IEC UAE engineered an integrated fresh air and cooling strategy rather than treating ventilation and air-conditioning as separate systems.

Our approach included:

  • ⚙️ FAHU drawing filtered outdoor air into the facility, treated for both temperature and moisture content before delivery
  • ⚙️ Dedicated extraction system removing stale, odour-laden air, with the space held at slight positive pressure so odours cannot re-circulate or migrate between areas
  • ⚙️ Heat recovery section using the outgoing exhaust air to pre-cool incoming fresh air, significantly reducing the cooling load on the system
  • ⚙️ VRF system providing zone-level temperature control across production, decoration and storage areas
  • ⚙️ Humidity managed at the FAHU stage to support consistent porcelain printing and decoration quality
